Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend S.Babayeva / The delegation of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan attended the 2nd international scientific-technical conference "Digital broadcasting technology: strategy of application (DBT-2)" in Odessa.
The delegation was headed by the Chief of the Ministry's Information Society Development Department, Rufat Gulmammadov. The conference focused on the problems and tasks of specialist training in the sphere of digital broadcasting, fundamental researches of the progress in the broadcasting system, etc.
