Turkmenistan’s Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries has announced an international tender for the purchase of chemical products and auxiliary materials for 2021-2022.
Those willing to participate in the tender must submit a written application. The application should indicate the full name of the applicant, his legal status, country of registration, details, and contact numbers. Tender participants will be provided with "Rules for the competitive selection of suppliers of material and technical goods for the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan."
It is also necessary to obtain the specification and technical requirements, pay for the package of tender documents ($575 per lot). The bids will be considered after transferring the funds to the account.
The bids are accepted within 30 working days till 17:00 (GMT+5) from the date of publication of the announcement. The bids must be in two envelopes. One bid must contain technical specifications, other bids must contain a commercial proposal for construction.
