BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 5. Russia and Kazakhstan are determined to deepen cooperation, including in terms of creating new logistics corridors, Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov said, Trend reports via Russian media.
Manturov made the remark during the Russia-Kazakhstan industrial dialogue within the Innoprom-2022 exhibition in Russia's Yekaterinburg.
"We consider the current situation, first of all, as a new opportunity and incentive to deepen cooperation with our strategic partners, including Kazakhstan,” he noted. “We are determined to create new logistics corridors, which will attract a significant part of the world's cargo traffic, and which enable the transit states to receive additional incentives for their development.”
“Our aim is to develop new markets in various regions of the world, create new financial mechanisms and make settlements in national currencies," added the minister.
