Director General of KazTransOil JSC Kairgeldy Kabildin and president of Rozneft NC JSC Igor Sechin signed an agreement on rendering services for oil transportation, KazTransOil JSC said on Dec.30.
"This document envisages the same conditions that were set in the "Preliminary agreement on oil transportation through Kazakhstan and guarantees". KazTransOil renders services to Rozneft for oil transportation to China through the Priirtyshsk-Atasu-Alashankou in the volume of seven million tons per year from Jan.1, 2014," according to the company.
The validity period of the agreement is five years with possibility of automatic prolongation for additional five years. Payments under the contract will be made in accordance with the tariffs set out in the order established by the legislation of Kazakhstan.
