BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 25. Shell is interested in further cooperation in the oil and gas industry with Kazakhstan, Zoe Yujnovich, Shell Exploration and Production Director, said at the meeting with Alikhan Smailov, Kazakhstan’s Prime Minister, Trend reports, citing PM’s press service.
According to Smailov, Kazakhstan will continue to carry out steps to increase the attractiveness of the oil and gas sector of the economy.
Meanwhile, Zoe Yujnovich stressed that Shell is interested in further development of oil and gas refinement projects in Kazakhstan.
The PM also noted the government’s commitment to maintaining a mutually beneficial business relationship while ensuring the balance of interests.
