BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 29. Kazakhstan’s “KazTransOil” JSC reached an agreement with JSC "Gomeltransneft Druzhba" on the oil transit to Germany, Trend reports, citing the press service of KazTransOil.
According to the press statement, KazTransOil applied for the transportation of 1.2 million tons of Kazakh oil through the system of pipelines belonging to the PJSC "Transneft" in the direction of the oil delivery point "Adamova Zastava" for further delivery to Germany.
The oil transit will be carried out in the legal framework of the agreement between Kazakhstan and Russia, signed in 2002.
The company also noted that in order to transport Kazakh oil through the territory of Belarus, an agreement has been concluded between Kaztransoil JSC and Gomeltransneft Druzhba JSC, for the purpose of provision of transportation services.
