Akzhol Berdiev said at today's round table conference, devoted to reformation of election legislation, 24.kg reported.
According to him, the pledge amount has not been changed - KGS 100 thousand. "However, according to former Election Law, participant of the presidential race can take pre-election pledge only if the candidate received 15 percent of votes. The bill developers decided to lower the threshold level and Parliament endorsed the initiative," added Akzhol Berdiev.
