Iran's Ambassador to Tajikistan Ali Asghar She'rdoost conferred on Thursday with the Speaker of Tajikistan House of Representatives on expansion of parliamentary cooperation between the two countries, IRNA reported.
Referring to the invitation extended to Iranian Majlis Speaker to visit Tajikitan, the Iranian ambassador said Larijani would visit Tajikistan at the earliest opportunity immediately after holy month of Ramadan.
At the meeting, the two sides underlined that exchange of visits between the two sides' parliamentary delegations would serve to deepen ties and cooperation between the two nations, he said.
Iran has voiced readiness to transfer its invaluable experiences in various fields to Tajikistan, said the Iranian envoy.
