BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 29. 'Yuzhnouralsky Insulators and Fittings Plant' JSC located in the Chelyabinsk region of Russia is considering the possibility of localizing its production in Turkmenistan, Trend reports via “Business Turkmenistan” news agency.
This was announced by the executive director of the company Oleg Molchanov.
According to him, the company recently discussed with representatives from the Turkmen ministry the localization of production in Turkmenistan. He noted that at the moment there are opportunities for polymer, porcelain, glass insulators, as well as linear fittings.
The plant's products are supplied to the power systems of Russia and neighboring countries, for the contact networks of electrified railways, the oil and gas industry, as well as to countries such as Finland, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Lebanon, Syria, Vietnam and Iran.
