BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 18. The chemical plant of the Turkmenhimiya State Concern, located in the Lebap region in the east of Turkmenistan, has published production figures of phosphorus mineral fertilizers from January through September 2022, Trend reports with reference to Jeyhun News.
During this period, the factory manufactured 202,750 tons of phosphorus mineral fertilizers necessary to increase the yield of cotton, grain and other agricultural crops.
The fertilizer production plan for the first nine months of this year was exceeded by 25 percent.
At the same time, It is planned that by the end of 2022 the enterprise will produce 224,000 tons of phosphorus mineral fertilizers.
The plant is undergoing reconstruction and construction of additional workshops.
With the increasing dynamics of the construction of industrial and social facilities in Turkmenistan, the industry is becoming one of the most important sectors of the economy, which is given an important role in the implementation of import substitution programs and increasing the export potential of the state.
