ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, October 27. Turkmenistan intends to expand cooperation with Türkiye in various sectors of the economy, Trend reports.
This was stated by President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov during a meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Ankara within the framework of the Turkmen-Turkish Business Forum.
The Head of Turkmenistan spoke about the need to develop mutually beneficial partnership in investments, the gas chemical industry, the agro-industrial complex, new generation technologies, tourism, business, energy, industrial cooperation and other relevant areas.
Furthermore, he said that Turkmenistan is ready to intensify trade and economic cooperation with Türkiye and expand it with specific projects.
Meanwhile, economic cooperation between Turkmenistan and Türkiye continues to develop thanks to joint projects in the fields of energy, construction of transport infrastructure, and trade, which contributes to strengthening economic ties and provides mutual benefits for both countries.
