BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 16. Turkish Turan app will provide commission-free money transfers to Uzbekistan in 2023, Trend reports via the Turkish ‘Turan Teknoloji Anonim Sirketi’ (Turan) financial company.
According to the source, the Turan app will instantly make money transfers from Türkiye to all cards in Uzbekistan without commission.
The founder and CEO of Turan, Ozgur Bayraktar, the company aim to bring Türkiye closer to other Turkic-speaking countries from an economic perspective.
Commission-free money transfers from Türkiye to Azerbaijan have already been launched.
By using the Turan app, Uzbek citizens in Türkiye will be able to send money to their homeland without extra cost.
Furthermore, Türkiye was the most visited country among the Uzbek people from January through November 2022. According to the Uzbek statistics, 220,000 citizens of Uzbekistan traveled to Türkiye for recreation and leisure during the reporting period.
