TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, November 22. Uzbekistan's foreign trade turnover with the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) amounted to $12.8 billion from January through October of 2023, reflecting a 1.6 percent increase year-on-year, Trend reports.

As per data provided by Uzbekistan's State Statistics Committee, exports amounted to $4.53 billion, while imports stood at $8.34 billion.

According to detailed commercial turnover between Uzbekistan and state members of the EAEU, Uzbekistan's trade with Russia totaled $8 billion, with $2.7 billion in exports and $5.3 billion in imports.

Furthermore, trade volume with Kazakhstan was $3.6 billion, with $1.2 billion in exports and $2.4 billion in imports.

Uzbekistan's commerce with Kyrgyzstan totaled $8.1 million, with $5.7 million in exports and $2.4 million in imports.

Similarly, trade volume with Belarus reached $5.1 million, with $1.1 million in exports and $4 million in imports.

Furthermore, Uzbekistan's commerce with Armenia amounted to $33 million, with $26 million in exports and $7 million in imports.

Meanwhile, from January to October 2023, Uzbekistan's overall foreign trade transaction exceeded $50 billion.

Exports accounted for 40.2 percent of overall international trade transaction, totaling $20.47 billion, a significant 29.1 percent rise. Meanwhile, imports accounted for 59.8 percent of total trade, totaling $30.5 billion, a 22.7 percent increase.
