Georgian wine exports from January through November 2021 amounted to $216.4 million, Trend reports via National Statistics Office (Geostat).
The current figure increased by 16.2 percent, compared to $186.1 million of wine exports over first 11 months of 2021, the report said.
TOP-5 importers of Georgia's wine (Jan. through Nov. 2021):
Russia – $119 million (43.1 billion bottles);
Ukraine – $23.1 million (8.8 billion bottles);
China – $14.7 million (3.9 billion bottles);
Poland – $12.1 million (4.3 billion bottles);
Belarus – $9.5 million (3 billion bottles).
Meanwhile, Georgia’s exports from January through November 2021 amounted to $3.8 billion – an increase of 26.7 percent, compared to $3.01 billion in the same period of 2020.
