BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 6. Georgian - Kazakh business forum will be held in Georgia's Tbilisi from April 6 through April 8, 2022, Trend reports via Trade Economic Mission of Kazakhstan to Georgia.
The forum aims to deepen economic and trade relations between Kazakhstan and Georgia by establishing new partnerships. Kazakh Trade and Economic Mission to Georgia is organized by the Kazakh Center for Trade Policy Development (QazTrade), and supported by Kazakh-Georgian Economic Union.
The official launch of the event will be held on April 7. Some 25 Kazakh companies will hold B2B meetings with representatives of Georgian business sector.
Kazakh-Georgian Economic Union was established in March 2021 by a joint initiative of Kazakh-Georgian business.
The founders of the union are companies with Kazakh capital in Georgia, in particular, Silk Road Group, Halyk Bank Georgia, Capital Group, Batumi Oil Terminal, and GK Logistics. The Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Georgia, Air Astana, and Rompetrol Georgia also joined the initiative.
