The British foreign secretary has said the words from the new Iranian leadership are "very welcome" but it is the "actions that are going to count", BBC reported.
William Hague said Iran's nuclear plans were "not transparent in many regards at the moment" and Hassan Rouhani's leadership was not giving information being requested by the International Atomic Energy Agency.
"It is very important we really find out if they are serious", he said.
