Thanks to cost optimization and money saving, Nar can today offer competitive tariffs to its subscribers and market, said the company’s CEO Gunnar Pahnke in a press conference organized by Azerfon (owner of Nar trademark) at the Bakutel 2017 exhibition.
Pahnke said the important thing for every operator is to accurately control expenses, upon which much depends.
He said, for example, when Nar invests in the network development, it tries to optimize these costs as much as possible via agreements with other operators on sharing the functions of base stations, which allows saving money.
Nar seriously controls its expenses, Pahnke said, adding the company realizes the importance of this.
Pahnke said Nar doesn’t aspire now to render services to five million subscribers, and therefore it doesn’t increase marketing costs.
He added that the main goal for now is to provide high-quality services to current subscribers.
