The Preferential trade agreement (PTA) between Azerbaijan and Iran provides for the export and import of 52 items by both countries, Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Iran Ali Alizade told Trend at a press conference.
According to him, negotiations are underway to sign a preferential trade agreement between officials and relevant departments of Azerbaijan and Iran.
"Currently, the sides have determined a list of goods to which the preferential trade agreement will apply. Azerbaijan has already submitted the list to Iran. Probably, all discussions will be completed soon and the agreement will be signed," Alizadeh said.
