From 19 - 22 February, the deputies of the Azerbaijani Parliament, Fazail Agamali and Adil Aliyev, will attend a seminar in Saint-Petersburg held at the initiative of the International Monitoring Institute of the CIS Parliamentary Assembly, Trend reports quoting the Press Service of the Azerbaijani Parliament.
This Institute has been involved in monitoring the development of the democracy, parliamentarism and provision of the voting rights of the citizens. The agenda of the seminar includes training of international observers for the elections.
The Azerbaijani deputies will present speeches during the event and report on Azerbaijan's experience regarding elections.
