Ilhamgizi / In case the proposal on the joint use of the Azerbaijani Gabala Radar Station by Russia and the United States is implemented, a document on the use should be ratified, the head of the Administration of Azerbaijani Parliament, Safa Mirzayev, stated on 21 June to journalists.
According to Mirzayev, this is just an idea and a proposal has neither a precise plan nor documentation.
"If in future the idea is implemented the need in reconsideration of the document on use of the radar station will arise. A trilateral or multilateral agreement should be signed between the countries and ratified in accordance with national procedures," Mirzayev said.
