The case papers of the former head of the reformatory N7 Salman Nadjafov will be sent for the court consideration soon, the investigator of the Prosecutor General’s heavy crimes investigation department Azer Askerov told Trend.
According to him, along with Nadjafov, former heads of the reformatory’s special department Vagif Shukyurov and the medical institution Nizami Nagiyev are also under investigation.
The investigation revealed, they have released 18 inmates on forged documents. They are charged with appropriation of alien property by the organized group, abuse of the official powers causing heavy consequences, taking bribes in large amounts. The case papers will be sent to the Court on Serious Crimes in the first decade of January 2006.
