BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 21. The agricultural production value in Azerbaijan’s Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic exceeded 507.588 million manat ($298.17 million) from January through November 2022, Trend reports referring to Nakhchivan’s State Statistical Committee.
According to the committee, this figure increased by 3.8 percent year over year.
In the first 11 months of 2022, 26,531 tons of meat in live weight (growth of 5.8 percent) and 85,599 tons of milk (growth of 1.4 percent) were produced in Nakhchivan.
The gross domestic product (GDP) of Azerbaijan's Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic exceeded 2.538 billion manat ($1.49 billion) from January through November 2022. This figure increased by 2.7 percent against the same period in 2021.
GDP per capita in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic amounted to 5,911 manat ($3,472) during this period, which was 3.8 percent more than in the period from January through November 2021.
