Turkish chemical export volume to Uzbekistan disclosed

BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 11. Turkish exports of chemical products to Uzbekistan increased by 13.4 percent to $219.5 million from January through July 2023 compared to the same period last year, Trend reports.

Turkish exports of chemical goods to Uzbekistan fell by 11.4 percent to $32.7 million in July from the same month in 2022, according to the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

When compared to the same period in 2018, Turkey's chemical exports fell by 15.3 percent and totaled $16.7 billion from January through July 2023.

In addition, Turkey exported $2 billion worth of chemical products in July 2023, a decrease of 25.7 percent from July 2022.

The value of Turkish chemical exports in the past 12 months (from July 2022 to July 2023) was $30.5 billion.
