China to invest $1.8 billion to construct wagon building factories in Kashan , Fars News Agency reported quoting Kashan MPs Ali Assghar Geranmayeh as saying.
"The negotiations between Chinese and Kashan's governor started and the process of construction of factories commence in next three months," he said.
He expressed hope that by construction of wagon building factories in Kashan, country would become independent from exporting wagons.
Earlier China Machine building International Company (CMIC) signed a contract worth $4 billion to launch high- speed train from Tabriz to Tehran and run third line of urban train in Tabriz alongside construction of freeway from Tabriz to Bazargan border.
Meantime Iran and China's official and private sector signed three agreements on field of environment, industry and water on Friday night.
Iran is China's third crude oil supplier exporting more than $17 billion oil and gas to china also exported steel, steel ingots , copper, pistachio , saffron and other non - oil products in recent years.
China exported equipments, light industrial products, machineries, cars, agriculture and food products to Iran.
