The issue of 15,000 Muganbank ordinary registered undocumented shares with the face value of 200 manat and total volume of 3,000,000 manat with registration number AZ1001005466 has been accomplished.
After the placement of shares, the chartered capital of Muganbank OJSC has increased from 38.305 million manat to 41.305million manat.
