30 per cent trade growth between Kazakhstan and China in Jan.-April

In the first quarter of 2013, trade turnover between China and Kazakhstan increased by 30 per cent compared to the same period last year and reached $6.7 billion, according to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the reference to the country’s Customs Committee.

In the first quarter of 2013, trade turnover between China and Kazakhstan increased by 30 per cent compared to the same period last year and reached $6.7 billion, according to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the reference to the country's Customs Committee.

'During the first quarter of 2013, the trade turnover between Kazakhstan and China reached $6.7 billion, or 30 per cent more than in the same period of 2012. Trade turnover between the two countries in 2012 amounted to $25 billion', according to the report of the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the results of the visit of the delegation from the Customs Control Committee of Kazakhstan headed by its chairman Majit Esenbaev to the People's Republic of China.
