Turkmenistan's Yumak company has manufactured new types of boats, Trend reports with reference to Turkmenportal Information Portal.
The boats are assembled in Turkmenistan, but the raw materials for production are purchased from abroad.
There are three types of boats: Karakum, Khazar and Amul.
Karakum is the very first boat made by Yumak. It is designed for calm river and ponds. It has a load capacity of 160 kilograms.
Khazar is made for boat rides and fishing in large lakes and the sea coasts. It has a load capacity of 250 kilograms.
Amul is made for use in fish farms in artificial ponds. It has a load capacity of 300-320 kilograms. The boat is capable of carrying large amount of cargo, such as feed or fry.
The boats are not sold publicly, but made upon orders, depending on customer wishes.
The boats have been put up at the exhibition of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan,which is held in Asghabad city.
