The installment process of electricity counters have been completed, Aliyev said during the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers dedicated to the results of the socio-economic development of the country within nine months of 2007. Significant reforms have been made in the electricity sphere.
Barmek company had been ruling the Baku electricity network for a long time. The goal of the company was to steal the Azerbaijani population. Now there is the state control over the functioning of the Baku network. Azerbaijani population receives uninterrupted light for 24 hours," the President said.
