In late 2011 - early 2012, the Czech 'Energy' engineering and construction company will begin construction of new power plant and coal mines in Tkibuli (Georgia).
Georgia Industrial Group recently held final negotiations on these two projects worth several hundred million euros.
As a result of negotiations, it was agreed that 500 to 700 million euros will be allocated for the projects. Skoda Invest Company also will be involved. Credit for these projects will provided by the Prague office of French Societe Generale Bank.
It is assumed that the works will be completed in four years.
