Asia Frontier Capital Ltd. has opened AFC Uzbekistan Fund, Trend reports with reference to the press release of the company.
Investors can subscribe to this fund. The first subscription will be valid until March 29, 2019.
Thomas Hugger became CEO and fund manager of AFC Uzbekistan Fund.
The company states that AFC Uzbekistan Fund will invest in securities in Uzbekistan, and give investors the opportunity to earn on it.
As expected by Asia Frontier Capital Ltd., many private companies will begin to place their securities in the RSE “Tashkent” as a result of the reforms carried out in Uzbekistan.
Thomas Hugger noted that Uzbekistan has a securities market with 110 companies and a market capitalization of 2.1 billion dollars.
