Bank Standard Introduces Mobile-Banking

Azerbaijan, Baku, 31 July / Trend / On 1 August, Bank Standard put into exploitation mobile-banking service, which would enable to manage own card account through mobile phone. Service is rendered to all owners of plastic cards, who are subscribers of Azercell Telecom mobile operator.

According to the bank, service enables to get bank account statement, information about account balance, to pay electricity and service of his/her mobile operator on the base of remote access. Information on every operation, made on client's card, is sent to his/her mobile telephone via short message. One received message costs AZN 0.1 or 22 call units.

Service is activated at several stages with the objective of security. First, client should formalize application at one of offices of Azercell and get duplicate copy of his/her number with special codec, which will enable to activate the service. There client will fill in blank, in which he/she shows the number of one or several cards for request at the bank. Mobile banking service will be activated when the bank will confirm the presence of these accounts. The client will know about it after getting a short message from numbers of 7112 or 7113 of AzeriCard. Thus, the service is connected in three working days after submitting of application.
