Hearings on the Maltese Fim Bank will be held in October, Ali Abbasov, the Minister for Communications and Information Technologies, said on Friday.
According to Abbasov, this is the 6th sentence on preparation of the relevant materials in this direction.
FIM Bank came out against the Azerbaijani government with a lawsuit on non-payment of a credit allotted by the bank under the guarantee of the Communications Ministry and Pochtbank to enterprises of the Communication Ministry.
“The final documents on the investigation carried out by the Prosecutor Office have been submitted to Rotterdam and they confess that Azerbaijani government has nothing to do with the case,” the minister underlined.
