Signing of the intergovernmental agreement between the Russian Federation and Azerbaijan on simplification of money transfer procedures by physical entities is expected in 2006. For the moment all works from the part of the Communications Ministry are performed and the draft agreement is already produced to the Russian side for consideration some months ago, the Ministry told Trend.
The Ministry noted signing of the document is planned for 2006, as this year is announced the Year of Russia in Azerbaijan.
