Malaysia is ready to assist Azerbaijan in training of IT staffs
Malaysian IT companies will participate at the 12th international communications and information technologies exhibition BakuTel 2006 in October. It was clear during the meeting held between Azeri minister of communications and information technologies Ali Abbasov and Malaysian minister of science, technology and innovation Jamaludin Jajis in Kaula-Lumpur within the summit of Global Alliance for information-communication technologies development, Trendreports.
During the meeting, the Malaysian minister noted that his country is always ready to assist Azerbaijan in IT sphere, and ruled out that at the first stage, Azeri students will study at the institute of information technologies at the expense of state bodies. Besides, an agreement was reached on two Azeri students studying in Malaysia. It is intended to increase this number in the future and make exchange of teachers and students with the IT institute which will be established in Azerbaijan.
