Direct air communication will open between Azerbaijan and Pakistan in 2020, Trend reports with reference to Azerbaijan's Ambassador of Pakistan Ali Alizade.
“Direct flights between the two countries will further strengthen bilateral trade and economic relations, as well as develop friendly contacts between citizens of our countries,” Alizade said.
Both sides agreed to make joint efforts to intensify mutual trade and economic relations between Pakistan and Azerbaijan.
“Azerbaijan attaches great importance to the further strengthening of mutual trade, economic and cultural ties with Pakistan and pointed to the need to further develop economic, trade and cultural ties between the two countries,” Alizade said.
