Ukrainian Bees Airline eyes launching flights to Uzbekistan

Ukrainian airline Bees Airline plans to launch flights from Kyiv (Ukraine) to Samarkand (Uzbekistan) from July 2021, Trend reports referring to the State Aviation Service of Ukraine.

According to the State Aviation Service of Ukraine, the corresponding statement of the company will be considered by the regulator's commission at a meeting on June 3.

Based at the Zhuliany airport in Kyiv Bees Airline is a new Ukrainian low-cost airline that made its first flight in March this year.

Earlier it was reported that Uzbekistan Airways resumed flights on the Tashkent - Tel Aviv - Tashkent route. According to the information, the decision was made in connection with the improvement of the epidemiological situation in Uzbekistan and Israel, as well as in view of the planned phased restoration of the Uzbekistan Airways route network.

Uzbekistan Airways said that the flight on Tashkent - Tel Aviv - Tashkent route was carried out on May 24, 2021.

Also, Uzbekistan Airways will restart flights from Moscow’s Domodedovo Airport starting from June 15. It was reported that the decision to restart flights was driven by provision of comfort and service level improvement for passengers at flights of the Uzbekistan’s national carrier.
