Kyrgyz citizens will be released from consular fees in the case of putting on the consular list abroad for voting during the elections. Cross-sectional Department of the Ministry of foreign Affairs in the Kyrgyz Republic reports.
Fees release will remain till they stop taking applications from the voters, id est in 10 calendar days prior to the Election Day on October 30, 2011, news agency "24.kg" reported.
