According to the Azerbaijani State Statistics Committee, the country's state budget was executed with deficit in January-November 2017. Azerbaijan's state budget revenues reached 14,749.3 million manat, while expenses - 15,463.1 million manat in January-November 2017, the country's State Statistics Committee said.
The state budget deficit in the amount of 713.8 million manat is equal to 1.13 percent of Azerbaijan's GDP.
The state budget revenues increased by 13.8 percent, while expenses - by 11 percent in January-November 2017 compared to the same period of 2016.
The state budget revenues for 2017 have been approved at 16.766 million manat, expenses - 17.941 million manat. The deficit of the state budget has been projected at 1.175 million manat or 1.8 percent of GDP.

Azerbaijan's State Customs Committee transferred about 2.38 billion manats to the state budget in January-November 2017 that is by 15.5 percent more than in the same period of 2016. The Committee transferred more than 214.75 million manats to the budget in November 2017.
Revenues from customs duties amounted to 61.39 million manats, revenues from value added tax (VAT) reached 142.59 million manats, revenues from excise duty amounted to 7.89 million manats, and revenues from highway-user tax were 2.88 million manats in November.
Revenues from the customs duties increased by 15.1 percent in November 2017 compared to November 2016. Revenues from VAT fall by 10.1 percent, revenues from excise duty rose by 56.5 percent and revenues from highway-user tax increased by 7.1 percent.
The forecast on customs revenues of Azerbaijan's state budget is 2.25 billion manats for 2017.
