Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili expressed his condolences on Dec.29 to the Russian people in connection with loss of lives as a result of terror act in Volgograd.

"I express my deep condolences and disturbance over the terror act in Volgograd train station as a result of which over a dozen of innocent people were killed. I express my condolences to the Russian people in connection with this terrible tragedy. Georgian government condemns terrorism which doesn't have any nationality and borders and is ready to fight against terrorism as the most dangerous phenomenon of the XXI century with the progressive world," the prime minister said.

As a result of the terror act committed by a suicide bomber, 15 people were killed and another dozen of people were injured in Volgograd.
