The fight against terrorists in Turkey will continue as long as there are no more terrorists, Turkish TRT Haber TV channel quotes the country's Interior Minister Idris Naim Sahin as saying on Wednesday.
According to Sahin, terrorists in Turkey have never succeeded and will not succeed.
Shahin also added that Turkey has never had problems with the Kurds, but had problems with the PKK.
Earlier, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Turkey is ready to cease military operations if the PKK militants lay down their weapons.
The conflict between Turkey and the PKK has lasted for over 25 years. The PKK is recognised as a terrorist organisation by both the UN and the EU.
