In January-August 2019, exports from Ankara and Istanbul to Kazakhstan amounted to $368.405 million, Trend reports referring to the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM).
During this period, exports from Ankara to Kazakhstan increased by 41.57 percent compared to the same period in 2018 and amounted to $49.657 million.
Meanwhile, exports from Istanbul to Kazakhstan increased by 3.83 percent, compared to the same period in 2018, and amounted to $318.748 million.
In August 2019, exports from Ankara to Kazakhstan increased by 46.87 percent compared to August 2018, having amounted to $4.538 million. The exports from Istanbul to Kazakhstan increased by 24.40 percent compared to August 2018 and amounted to $48.276 million.
According to TIM, in January-August 2019, Turkish exports to Kazakhstan increased by 7.34 percent compared to the same period in 2018 and amounted to $512.909 million.
In August 2019, Turkish exports to Kazakhstan increased by 19.52 percent compared to August 2018 and amounted to $72.669 million.
