Iranian president Hassan Rouhani says good steps have been taken for reaching a permanent nuclear agreement, adding that access to a final agreement in the remaining time is possible, IRNA reported.

President Hassan Rouhani made the remarks in a press conference on Wednesday evening.

Rouhani said reaching an agreement on an important issue with six world powerful states is not easy, but initial experiences indicate that Iran can have a successful agreement with them.

Deadline for the nuclear agreement between Iran and countries of Group 5+1 including USA, Britain, France, Russia, China and Germany expires on November 24, 2014.

The president said the country needs better relations with the world for economic development.

Rouhani said his government has plans on economic issues with neighbours and a number of big powers, which could be performed even under sanctions.
