Three new low-force tremors were recorded last night and this morning in Georgia, the Georgian Seismological Center told Trend.
The tremors took place after the recent earthquake measuring 5.8 on the Richter scale. The epicenter of the quake was the Imereti highlands and the Sairme resort.
A group of seismologists from the Ilia Chavchavadze Institute have departed to study the processes occurring under the earth's crust in the village of Dapenili.
They will send their data to Tbilisi for analysis.
