The National Independence Party (ANIP), Azerbaijan's opposition, will prepare new draft laws, ANIP told Trend on Wednesday.
The draft laws are prepared at the party's Central Council standing committees; they directly address the political parties, major city municipalities, former MPs voting for Azerbaijani independence, refunds of public deposits from banks (from the Soviet period) and oil.
These draft laws and proposals are guided by international experience. They will soon be completed and submitted for public consideration, and later submitted to the parliament.
