The first meeting of the TURKPA Commission on Economic, Trade and Financial Affairs to be held in Bishkek on October 27-28, 2011.
Members of the TURKPA Commission on Economic, Trade and Financial Issues representing parliaments of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan,Turkey and staff members of the TURKPA Secretariat will participate at the first meeting to be chaired by Kozhobek Ryspayev, member of the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic. He will act as Chairman of the Commission, the parliamentary assembly told Trend on Tuesday.
The main agenda item to be disscussed during the meeting will be the perspectives of economic and trade cooperation between the Turkic-speaking countries.
The meetings are planned to be held with Ahmatbek Keldibekov, Chairman of the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic and Ruslan Kazakbayev, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
