The Azerbaijan’s Defense Minister, General-Colonel Safar Abiyev received a delegation headed by the leader of the observation mission of OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) in Azerbaijan Gerth Arens, the press service of the Defense Ministry told Trend.
At the meeting Abiev informed the guest of the consequences of the Armenian aggression against Azerbaijan, as well as on measures implemented in military units on the eve of the parliamentary elections.
