BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 10. The Forum of Azerbaijani Scientists Living Abroad continues to keep the ball rolling in Baku, igniting lively discussions and fruitful exchanges, Trend reports.
The second day of the forum will feature discussions on topics including: "The Development of Data Science as a Priority in Azerbaijan," "The Role of Mathematical Models in Predicting and Assessing Human Impact," "Echoes of the Azerbaijani Newspaper Published from Nineteen-Eighteen to Nineteen-Twenty," "Modern Approaches to Azerbaijan-Türkiye Scientific and Educational Collaboration," "Azerbaijan and Azerbaijanis in Arab Sources," "Features and Prospects of Scientific Cooperation Between Azerbaijan and Russia," and "The Activities of DAAB in Virtual Space."
The event will also be a melting pot of ideas, where participants, grouped by scientific disciplines, will put their heads together to come up with game-changing strategies for DAAB. These plans will be built upon the priorities identified in previous sessions and the issues tackled in reports by higher education leaders.
Organized by the Association of Azerbaijani Scientists Worldwide with support from the State Committee on Work with Diaspora and the Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan, the forum is set to conclude on September 11.
More than 80 Azerbaijani scientists from all corners of the globe are taking part in the forum, with a grand total of approximately 200 scientific heavyweights in the mix.
As part of the forum, participants will hit the road and pay a visit to the cities of Shusha and Khankendi, with the goal of putting their know-how and expertise to good use in the reconstruction of the liberated territories and getting into deep discussions with the faculty of Karabakh University.
The forum brings together Azerbaijani experts from different nations, helps them meet local researchers, and promotes information and experience sharing.
