The number of registration transactions on the Georgian real estate market increased this year by 34 percent to 46,854 units compared to the same period of 2010.
The September figure rose compared to September 2007 (43,917 registration transactions), September 2008 (24,338) and September 2009 (33,118).
The monthly registration transactions index increased to 1,511, which is significantly higher than the index during the same period last year.
It is obvious that the primary and secondary real estate markets grew compared to the same period in 2010 (47.2 percent and 31.0 percent respectively) and compared to the previous month (29.2 percent and 2.7 percent).
