The Dutch Development Bank has allocated the second tranche worth $5 million for the construction of "M2 near the race track" residential complex.
"Bank of Georgia" told Trend that the Dutch bank has allocated $10 million for the construction of the complex.
"M2 near the race track" residential complex is being built on 13, Tamarashvili street, former territory of the race track. The repaired apartments are being commissioned. The tastes and wishes of the owners of the apartments are taken into account during repair operations.
The international engineering and consulting company controls the process.
"M2 near the race track" complex will be constructed in September 2014.
"The second tranche worth $5 million will allow keeping the rapid pace of construction operations," Director General of the company George Nadareishvili said.
