Board of Directors changed at Kazakh Bank RBK

The shareholders of Kazakh Bank RBK have held an extraordinary general meeting and approved the changes in the Board of Directors, as well as a number of the bank's corporate documents in the new edition, the bank reported on Tuesday.

The General Meeting of Shareholders of Bank RBK elected three new members to the board of directors. According to bank's shareholders decision, Anwar Saidenov and Nurgul Yertayeva were appointed to the posts of independent directors and Igor Mazhinov was appointed as representative of the shareholders. Independent director Julian David Sharp was dismissed from the post of independent director.

Moreover, the general meeting of Bank RBK shareholders approved the bank's Charter, Board of Directors Regulations and the Code of Corporate Governance in a new edition in accordance with changes in Kazakhstan's legislation.
